Private Lessons 

We offer private lessons as well as small-group sessions of two, three, or four participants. The time-length of lessons offered include 30, 45, and 55 minute sessions.

Class Pricing & Policies

Classes are held in the Pilates Studio and are limited to five participants. Reservations may be booked through the John's Island Club online calendar or by calling 772-231-8572. All participants are required to have prior experience on Pilates equipment. A novice may schedule 1 or 2 private sessions before joining the class environment. Participants must be registered by 2:00 PM prior to the class.

Pilates mixed equipment class is a an instructor guided small group class incorporating different combinations of movement utilizing Pilates Reformer, Combo Chair, Spine Corrector, and Cadillac to achieve a full body Pilates based workout.

Previous experience required. Cost: $48 per class.
